ALL AFRICA BUSINESS LEADERS AWARDS JUDGES ANNOUNCED

The All Africa Business Leaders Awards has secured a top judging line-up from business, academia and media.

The All Africa Business Leaders Awards (AABLA) in Partnership with CNBC Africa announced today its 2015 judging panel for East, West and Southern Africa. Bringing together the continents leading business, academic and media minds, the judging panel for Southern Africa is:

In East Africa, the judging panel is:

  • Pete Ondeng of the East Africa Center for Leadership Development
  • Edwin Macharia of Dalberg Global Development Advisors
  • Jack Kayonga of Crystal Ventures Limited
  • Vivienne Yeda of the East African Development Bank
  • Wanjiku Mugane of Fedha Connect Limited

And the judging panel for West Africa is:

The judges will deliberate across seven distinguished categories:

  • Young Business Leader of the Year
  • Business Women of the Year
  • Business Leader of the Year
  • Entrepreneur of the Year
  • Philanthropist of the Year
  • Industrialist of the Year supported by the IDC
  • Lifetime Achievement Award

The All Africa Business Leaders Awards recognise Africa’s bold leaders and change-makers of business in East, West and Southern Africa. The winners of each region will go through to the Finale, which is set to take place in South Africa, in November 2015, to determine the All Africa victor.

Yunus Suleman, Chairman of the KPMG Foundation, also serves as the Chief Judge for the All Africa Business Leaders Awards.

The event will once again be produced by ABN Productions.
