RADISSON BLU HOTEL SANDTON WINS GREEN AWARD

In celebration of the hotel’s practices and actions to protect the environment, Radisson Blu Hotel Sandton has been awarded a Meetings Africa Green Award.

An accolade which celebrates business sustainability, the Green Award was presented to the hotel subject to a presentation by Radisson Blu Hotel Sandton representatives, and an inspection. Its Top Ten Tips for Greener Hotels presentation became part of the annual Meetings Africa event, held in the Sandton Convention Centre.

The Meetings Africa event brings together people to celebrate Africa as a sought-after destination, allowing local businesses to showcase their diverse offerings and products. Throughout the course of the event, there were several workshops, exhibitions and talks, including a Q&A session with Hannie van Liebergen, Caroline Nyathi and Yugashnee Naicker of The Rezidor Hotel Group, which manages the Radisson Blu Hotel portfolio.
